		<description>I think it just depends on what mode your company is in.  When you are small, I think you should only outsource enough so that you can concentrate on expanding.  Of course, money is an issue as well in addition to the overhead involved in managing your outsourcees.</description>

		<description>I only agreed that #2 might be outsourced. But #1? Not pay your own vendors or payroll? It's the easiest thing in the world to do and takes almost no time. 

I am wondering what the heck a company that outsources all these items actually does.  Some people just shouldn't be in business.</description>
