About Me

Kevin Hart, Chief Executive Officer, has more than 20 years of experience as an operations executive and business strategist, as president, COO and vice president of sales, services and support for various software and solutions companies. At the helm of Managed Systems, Hart is focused on customer service and satisfaction, working with his team and clients to develop and execute the best processes to ensure customers get what they were promised, when they wanted it, with no hidden agendas. He views the Managed Systems model of targeting small and mid-sized businesses in the New York area with leading-edge technology solutions as a tremendous business idea that can be put into practice with stunning results. In his past leadership roles, Hart has been instrumental in developing strategy and building the teams and infrastructures necessary to meet the unique organizational, operational and competitive challenges. Before joining Managed Systems, Hart was an independent consultant for the venture capital community and software industry, specializing in operational planning and optimization, sales and marketing expansion, acquisition identification and M&A execution. Previously, he was president and COO of Optum Inc., which was acquired by Click Commerce, and vice president of global services and support for IMI. He has also served as vice president of services for Dun and Bradstreet Software. Hart studied computer science at the Southern Connecticut State College and Quinnipiac University and pursued graduate-level coursework at Hartford Graduate Center part of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
