		<description>Ben, you are right that employers will want to make sure employees know the policies.  It never hurts to have a staff meeting every few months to go over key company policies, including the policies against harassment; email, text and computer policies; saftey rules, etc.  A record should be kept of who attended the meeting.

		<description>I guess I don't see what the problem is.  If the employee was paying for overages, why shouldn't he be able to use it for private messages?  How does that in any way hurt the employer?  Some people are just control freaks.</description>

		<description>Great example of where technology and the constitution are redefining history as we speak.  Is also a great example for business owners to have a clear policy for their workers regarding use of company owned technology for personal use and expectations of privacy regarding that use.</description>
