Director of Paid Search
Resource Nation is looking for a Director of Paid Search to expand and manage its PPC campaigns. This role will involve strategic planning, daily management of paid search campaigns for over 100 business services, managing several partner relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of PPC campaigns in over 100 business categories nationwide (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Business.com, etc.)
- Ongoing keyword analysis/management
- Communicate regularly with the customer care and sales team
- Evaluate, set up and manage new campaigns
- Work with in-house designer to create new ads and landing pages
- Coordinate regularly with the SEO and affiliate marketing departments
- Create and implement strategies to continue rapid growth
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Participate as a member of the team for the overall good of the company
Qualifications:
- Two or more years experience managing large, complex nationwide PPC campaigns with Google, Yahoo! and MSN including:
- Campaign setup
- Bid optimization
- Statistical analysis
- Analysis of market trends & competition
- Reporting
- Successful experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques
- Successful candidate will have a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Direct experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Experienced in online marketing via paid search, affiliate marketing, banner advertising, SEO, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Resource Nation is looking for National Sales Managers to identify and close business. The ideal person is a self starter and hungry to prove their potential. We want proactive individuals who aren't afraid to dive in head first and acquire new business. You will be expected to lead the sales strategy and work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer care teams to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize B2B cold call consultative sales techniques to sell lead generation solutions.
- Manage prospects/pipeline.
- Contact business owners and executives.
- Engage business owners in needs-based dialog.
- Create an urgency to act on proposed solutions.
- Close sales over the phone.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 8 years experience making outbound cold calls to generate sales in a B2B environment.

MARKETING INTERNSHIPS
Editorial Coordinator
This internship program provides valuable insight to the fundamentals of corporate operations with a nationwide online marketing company located in Solana Beach. With this 12-week program, interns will gain exposure to various elements of business and have one-on-one meetings with company executives in one or more areas including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, human resources, and the CEO.
Interns will assist the marketing team and focus heavily on content writing for company website, partner sites, blogs, and other social media efforts. - PR and marketing skills a plus. Additional assignments include:
- Write company newsletters, and customer service requests.
- Conduct key research for online marketing opportunities.
- Identify online channels for promoting company, and new verticals for expansion.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Efficient and professional writing skills. Skills will be tested in the interview process.
- Effective time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written paying close attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels on the organization.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, acquire and grow new accounts for assigned categories through cold calls to prospects and assigned clients.
- Create and manage an account list of small to medium size businesses.
- Pitch new business by phone.

- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
- Drive revenue growth in assigned vertical markets.
Qualifications:
